First download the two files lpr and cups-wrapper.

lpr cups-wrapper

First install lpr with dpkg

$ dpkg -i hl2130lpr-2.1.0-1.i386.deb

Next install the cups-wrapper

$ dpkg -i cupswrapperhl2130-2.0.4-2.i386.deb

Next configure cups by login on to cups administration panel from your browser

http://localhost:631

To add the printer driver (ppd) select it from

/usr/share/ppd/HL2130.ppd

And you should be done.
